Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Small private practice located in beautiful Coronado looking for an experienced Front Desk Medical Receptionist

 Requirements:

•  Minimum 2 years work experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant or Sales Assistant in a business environment. 
•  Experience and/or training with Front office patient care including answering phones, scheduling appointments, patient check in and out, collecting payments, preparing charts, filing and medical office procedures.
•  Strong commitment to first class customer service.
•  Excellent verbal & written English language communication skills.

 Responsibilities:

•  Provide a positive friendly experience in the Receptionist area  for patients and families.
•  Receptionist duties include answering phone, scheduling appointments and managing calendar for Doctor, welcoming patients checking in and out.

Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm schedule.

The rate of pay is negotiable based on experience.  Health & dental insurance, paid holiday and vacation pay, Profit share retirement plan.

Well established private medical practice with 5 Physicians is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant with experience in orthopedics.

Requirements:

NURSE PRACTITIONER  private primary care practice

This established  private practice is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a permanent part-time position.  Potential for hours to increase to full-time.   Oceanside, CA location.

 Requirements:

•  California licensed Family Practice Nurse Practitioner.
•  Minimum 2 year recent work experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a private practice or clinic setting.

 Responsibilities:

•  Clinic duties include providing hands on patient care in a Primary Care private practice setting.   
• Perform examination of patients, assess and manage medical condition / reason for visit.  Initiate diagnostic testing as necessary.  Educate patient on course of treatment.  Update patient chart (EMR) regarding office visit.

This is a part-time permanent position approx. 24 hours per week to start   8:00 am to 5:00 pm Thursday, Friday and alternating Wednesday office hours. 

There is potential for hours to increase to full-time Monday – Friday office hours.

The rate of pay is $42.00 – 45.00hr.  Health benefits and paid time off.
